I was born in Saskatchewan and moved to Alberta with my parents when I was only three. We farmed as a family there while I went to school and then was married at the age of 20 and continued on farming until we were 40. With four young children we moved into the Town of Sylvan Lake where we lived for five years before moving to Victoria, BC. After living in Victoria for ten years we went back to farming in Alberta for seven and then in the summer of 2009 moved back to Victoria for good, I think! We work with people 24/7 it seems and love getting to know new people from all over the world all of the time.
I am an avid lawn bowler, curler, food courier with Skip the Dishes and tour bus driver with Wilson’s Transportation Ltd.. People, people, people—fun, fun, fun! Oh yes….I ride my Honda Goldwing most days ten months of the year and organize rides for guys on scenic Vancouver Island. More fun in the summer sun!
My wife and I love to take what holiday time we have in our car and meet people where they live. Airbnb is ideal for that and we now have our own Airbnb suite as well.
Life Motto: Do unto others as you would have them do unto you and love the Lord with all of your heart, soul and mind.
